Payments out are not categorised and will not show up in spendings


Hello there!

I just realised that payments out show up in pulse as expected, but drilling down to the transaction, there is no possibility to allocate a category (although a “payment” category allready exists) and the payment out would (as a result I guess) not show up in the “spending” section of the app.

That’s a bit disappointing as it prevents accurate spending tracking. I have mentioned this to customer support who accept that this is a missing feature and told me that this is yet to be fixed. Any information on when this will be fixed would be useful, as I’m now using starling as my main everyday current account.
