I’ve had the above message 4 times in the last ten minutes
I’ve had exactly the same. I’ve had 6 of them now.
This really impacts the usability of the app.
As a side note, if you tap the notification to get into the app, it bypasses the login screen.
3 times here. Via the app and sms.
Thanks for letting us know. We certainly won’t be charging you more than once. We are actively looking into it.
Overdraft charge message
I am confused as had interest message once but was expecting a overdraft one too.
Hi, Interest ones were went overnight whilst the overdraft interest charges were sent at 11am today. I suggest you raise this with our CS team who can take a look for you.
