Made the same order three times in a row (drinks) at the same place. The first two orders were attributed to the correct business in the spend today percentage but the third was attributed to ‘Other’. Why?
The categories have now updated correctly but interesting to note the delay because you wouldn’t necessarily know if you have been charged correctly by looking at the ‘wheel’ percentage on the balance page.
However I did note by scrolling down page was showing the correct amount and business.
Would be interesting to know what causes the delay in the system?
Made anther payment and ‘Other’ is again attributing some payment. So is a delay on ‘attributing’ to be expected.
