Notification history


I received a notification of a reversed transaction on my phone but it was truncated and I couldn’t see all the detail. Clicking on the notification cleared it of course so I’m none the wiser.

I’ve messaged Customer Services this time but it would be good to maintain a log of notifications in the app?

I appreciate that this opens a “What should be logged” question. I’d only need a history of errors and warnings rather than a complete history of every transaction. Others may want more or less of course!


I had exactly the same problem earlier, got a notification, clicked on, but I was none the wiser when I got to the app.



There has already been some suggestions of showing declined transactions in the feed. Maybe that would help?

There are no plans to keep a log of all notifications currently, but I’ll pass this idea on to the team :slight_smile:
