Joint Account - Support Chat


When I contact support via chat, on the joint account it’s says my partners and and then my own name. When I access chat for support, my partners name is the default one and the Starling chat representative calls me my partners name too without even checking who they are speaking to. Everything with a name is his and not my own. It’s like I don’t exist.

Joint Account - Account Holder Priority

This will be be changing shortly. It’ll display as Paul & Adrian for now.

In the future it’ll be “Paul & Adrian (Paul or Adrian depending on who is contacting us)”
