Incorrect changes to merchant names and logos


When I added my Starling MasterCard to Curve back in February, I had a small debit transaction followed by a refund, just to verify the card. This looked fine, appearing as Curve correctly.

Today, the refund is still correct but the original debit has changed to “Amazon” and shows the Amazon logo (though the address is still that of Curve).

I’m guessing someone else has submitted a name/logo improvement but it’s clearly incorrect. 1) Can this be changed back and 2) is there a process in place to verify changes that have been submitted before applying them? I’ve already tried submitting a correction but the original details don’t come up in the search results.
