Improved chat experience


I’ve noticed recently that the chat experience has been a lot slower than it was a month ago which I would expect as starling get more exposure and release new features. The chat area needs more feedback to deal with these longer waiting times and include real-time feedback on average waiting time, position in the queue etc. If it’s sat unresponsive for a while without feedback, people will become very frustrated.
