I had no internet and unlocked my phone to find that my last opened app was Starling. It complained about no internet connection, but I didn’t want to use Starling anyway so hit the home button and used my phone.
Then when I had internet I opened Starling again, the no internet message in blue at the top was there briefly but then went away, but then I was left with a blue screen that just stayed there for longer than I was willing to wait. I think at that point I expect the touch id request to come up.
I force-quit the app via iOS multitasking and opened Starling, and it worked normally.
