Flux not working on Starling App version 0.57.1?

Hi all,

I made a purchase at EAT this morning. Usually the flux reciept appears straight away.

I contacted Flux and they confirmed they could see it in their system, but would need to contact Starling if it doesn’t appear in app.

This has been working with no issues until I upgraded the Starling app to v0.57.1

Has this created a bug with Flux processing?

Can you check your previous EAT transaction? We pushed a platform fix that should rectify the issue
