FAQ updates



How often are the FAQ checked and updated?

According the FAQ Starling does not offer business or joint accounts ?

There might be other examples but I’d imagine before speaking to customer service new customers would check the FAQ. :slightly_smiling_face:

Obvious browsing the app and site would answer this question but is the FAQ regulary updated ?


There are a lot of things that need updating, numerous grammar and spelling mistakes over the website and app. They do really need to keep on top of these things, they might seem minor, but the minor things are important, if you can get them right, then people trust the bigger things will be right.


Is this on the website or in the app? I can see it as updated on the website
