Direct Debit creation problem - 'supplier' side


I’m having a problem setting up a Direct Debit with Black Horse Finance. Their website doesn’t recognise my account details and I had the same problem calling the call centre. The lady at the call centre tried about 5 times and confirmed the sort code was recognised, just not the account number which we confirmed was correct several times.

How can we resolve this type of problem?
