Delayed notifications and transactions list?



I just taken some money out of a cash machine. I think my main balance has updated but I have not yet received any notifications or can’t see this on the transaction list.

Is there any issues?


Spoke to CS said there no issue with the app and they can see I’ve used a ATM.

But still no transaction listed or notification received.

@StarlingSupport can you definitely confirm there no technical issues?

I understand real time notifications and transactions feed is a new thing in the bank world. But can this be checked? :slightly_smiling_face:


And just like that when I typed this it started working. :thinking:

I’ve just spoken to CS and it seems that there was an intermittent connection issue causing a delay in the ATM transaction coming up in the app. If this persists or if you have any other issues, let me know and we’ll look into it for you.
