Close Account



Sarah, I’m struggling to close my account.

Found the close account button in app. That just directs me to "get in touch"
I got in touch via in app chat and was instructed to email details to
Did that yesterday and have had no response. Tried again a little while ago and no response as yet.

There must be an easier way that this ?
