Spoke to customer services about a minor issue and was told to reinstall the app.
I did so but the app is not recognising the phone and the I do not have my phone option does not work. I get an error message saying this request is blocked. Customer services say they’ll get back to me but I’ll have to wait on an email.
Not a great start but just more of a warning to others not to reinstall unless you really have to. Might not be worth the problems it could cause.
