Can no longer access my account


Spoke to customer services about a minor issue and was told to reinstall the app.

I did so but the app is not recognising the phone and the I do not have my phone option does not work. I get an error message saying this request is blocked. Customer services say they’ll get back to me but I’ll have to wait on an email.

Not a great start but just more of a warning to others not to reinstall unless you really have to. Might not be worth the problems it could cause.


I’m back in again. Under devices it says my phone was only registered today. The app doesn’t seem to be able to recognise the device again if you have to reinstall.
