"Blank" direct debit


In the transactions it is showing a DD as having gone through but with the name “Blank” and a default logo.

However, the amount and reference matches a legitimate DD in my scheduled payments section, it just doesn’t seem to have picked up either the name of the merchant or their logo.

Can this be fixed?

Hi @oviano, we’re looking into this and wanted to clarify what you are seeing in your app that is a “blank” Direct Debit payment? Can you DM me some details or maybe a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
