Auto Closing Of Chat Sessions


There seems to be quite a short time before a chat session will auto close if the user doesn’t send a reply. This then results in you having to open a new session to continue the chat and have multiple chat sessions for the same issue.

I feel it should be at least 24 hours before you close a chat session because of lack of response to cover most day to day reasons why a reply might not arrive promptly.
