App problems after closing personal account


I have just closed my Starling personal account but have kept my business account open.

Since the personal account was closed, I’ve been having problems with the app. Every time I open it, it gives me either one of the screens below.

I also got this one once…

At the beginning, every few times I opened the app, it did let me in but it’s no longer doing this. It does still let me in occasionally.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but this didn’t work.
