Any problems?


Any issues today? I had my card declined at around 12:15 and had to use another one. I didn’t see any announcements and I’ve checked the usual suspects in security settings.


No issues here and Statuspage is clear. Where was this? Maybe flag it up to CS to see what they suggest?


To confirm we haven’t seen any issues with card acceptance today. What merchant was this? If you are concerned about your account do contact CS in app.


Did you pay by contactless as this happens on occasion and then you need to pay by chip and pin.


Contactless at Vital Ingredient. Must admit it’s the first time I’ve tried using the card at that merchant. I’ll try again later in the week and see what happens.
