Accessing FAQs

Currently the FAQs are hidden behind the “Get In Touch” button on the Customer Service screen. This isn’t very intuitive - I certainly wouldn’t expect to find them there.

Could the button be split into two buttons - “Get In Touch” (leading to chat, message and call) and “FAQs”?
